Refund policy

Kindred & Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every family to feel confident when shopping for moms, kids, teens, babies, and toddlers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags or accessories included. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby care items, personal products, clearance items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at girlboostme@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Kindred & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
